Yass Picnic Races Calcutta Night At Golf Club

The Windrose Yass Picnic Races Calcutta night is an event leading up to the highly anticipated Windrose Yass Picnic Races. Hosted at the Yass Golf Club on Friday the 28th of February, the evening serves to generate excitement for the Picnic Races as well as to raise some of the necessary funds for the Picnic Races. Furthermore 10% of the proceeds are donated to Hand to the Land, a charity established in memory of Jessica Walker, aimed at raising awareness of mental health challenges in rural and Regional Australia, and honouring her legacy.

The Calcutta Night is one of the most anticipated parts of the Picnic Races festivities, allowing attendees to place their bets on the horses that will race the following day. The night is filled with friendly competition, a vibrant social scene, and the thrill of the unknown as race fans try their luck and place strategic bids on their chosen horses. The night is focused around the horse racing that follows the next day but there will also be a raffle held at the end of the night. For those who are passionate about horse racing or simply looking for a night of good times and excitement, the Picnic Races Calcutta Night is the perfect event to kick off the weekend. The stakes are high, the atmosphere is electric, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow race fans before the big day.
