When it comes to earthmoving in any regard, Jon says good preparation can make a huge difference to the outcome of any project.
“Taking the time to plan properly, understand the site and get the groundwork right from the beginning can prevent a lot of problems later,” he says.
“What happens underneath and during the preparation stages is just as important as what you eventually see on the surface.”
Placing a high value on strong communication, Jon says they always want their clients to feel confident that when they start a job, they will work hard to deliver a result everyone can be proud of.
“Quality service is about more than simply completing the job,” he says.
“It means turning up when you say you will, communicating clearly, respecting the client and their property, taking pride in your workmanship and leaving the site knowing the job has been done properly.
“For us, it’s about providing the kind of service we would expect if we were the customer.”
