The generosity of a member of the school community and the fundraising of year six students has led to the installation of a small group of sheep at the Yass Primary School. Local sculptor Roger Buckman thinks if it’s anything like the popular sheep outside Tootsie’s at the other end of town, we will occasionally see his work dressed up to reflect the season, or an upcoming school event!
“But just being sheep, I think they add a calming rural feel to the area,” Roger said.
