The Yass Little Learners facility is under new ownership and will now be called “Early Learning on Rossi”.
New owners Erin and Troy Allen have had extensive success in the industry and hope to replicate that success here in Yass.
“When I was 23, I bought my first childcare centre, and I’ve owned, operated and consulted to 100’s of centres,” said Erin.
The Allen’s currently reside in Wollongong but will make regular visits to their new site.
“We’re really excited; we’ve got a great team,” said Erin.
Erin is from Forbes, and her day-to-day manager of the facility Michelle Martin is from Tumut, so they both understand the demands specific to country communities.
As for what she thinks is important in childcare, Erin holds a very clear set of principles.
“We do it authentically, with honesty and integrity.”
“The children are first and need to be first in every decision we make.”
The Yass Valley Times would like to welcome the Allens into Yass and wish them all the best with ‘Early Learning on Rossi’.
